2.2 Account Registration
Each person may open only one account. All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. dq999 reserves the right to cancel an account and forfeit deposited funds if false or misleading information is provided.

- Members of the same household may use separate accounts, but operating multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification

03 Account Security

04 Financial Transactions
4.1 Deposit
The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at dq999:

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (the same limit applies for each method). Funds may only be deposited using a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited.
4.2 Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for winnings is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

dq999 reserves the right to suspend any withdrawal process if money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected. In such cases, the account holder may be required to go through an additional verification process.
05 Bonuses & Promotional Offers
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To become eligible for withdrawal after receiving a bonus, a 10x wagering requirement must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the original deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.
- The deadline for meeting the wagering requirement is stated in the details of each bonus.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set time, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated otherwise.
- The maximum bet amount while a bonus is active is stated in the relevant bonus terms.
5.3 Abuse Policy
dq999 does not permit activities such as abusing the bonus system, arbitrage betting, or placing bets on specific games solely to meet the conditions of a promotional offer. If such behavior is detected, the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
06 Gaming Rules
All games offered at dq999 are operated through a fair and certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system. Every game result is entirely random and unrelated to previous results.
6.1 Sports Betting
Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. dq999 reserves the right to cancel any market for any reason and refund bets already placed. Betting markets are subject to change depending on event conditions.
6.2 Technical Issues
If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, loss of internet connection, or any other technical issue, dq999 will attempt to restore the state of the game. If restoration is not possible, bets will be refunded as applicable under the circumstances.
dq999 will not be held liable for any losses caused by internet connection issues, power outages, or problems with a user's device.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dq999 platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Opening an account under a third party's name or details.
- Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's software or game systems.
- Using a false identity, incorrect information, or forged documents.
- Playing games using any automated software (bot) or artificial intelligence tools.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
